Frame Work
The Timber frames in these images have been treated for termites and are H2 rated. They have a greeny blue look to them because of this treatment. This timber is used for internal work, even the plywood is treated with H2 against termites. We later installed the windows, and walls that were cladded in polystyrene, 75mm sheets.

This house was for an owner/builder, adding a section to the back of the house.
A living room on the ground floor, & Main bedroom upstairs. We have Cladded the outside of the extention also.
As well as a new colourbond roof on top, we have changed the old round flat roof below, To a new pitched roof with the round shape of the wall to match the rest of the roof.

- What you are able to do yourself.
- Who is qualified to do what work.
- A detailed quote from each trade, consisting of a the costings and description of work to be completed.
